We are the proud Broker/Owners of RE/MAX POWER Associates and love that we can call Johnstown our home. Both of us were born and raised in the area and can’t wait to share our enthusiasm of the area with you!

Buyers - We are patient and informative and will accommodate your busy schedules. We will help you construct a strong offer and are experts in multiple offer situations. If you are a Virtual Buyer, we are happy to provide the required services for these special situations using video/Facetime tours.

Sellers – We both attend the initial walkthrough so that the Seller has the knowledge of two professionals who offer staging advice & create the best marketing presentation possible. You will benefit from our expertise in negotiating and presenting multiple offers.

Sue graduated from Penn State University and has been a licensed real estate agent since 1990. Bill got his license in 1986 and brings the knowledge he gained from 6 years in the Mortgage business. Together we have a combined 64 years’ experience in real estate. We have both served as President of the Cambria/Somerset Association of REALTORS® and continue to serve in various positions with CSAR. We also support many community activities and are Miracle Agents with Children’s Miracle Network. Our family includes 3 wonderful children, 2 daughters-in-law, 1 son-in law and 6 grandchildren. We love to travel with our friends on our Harley's!
