I have been a licensed agent at RE/MAX POWER Associates since March 2013 & I feel so lucky to be living & working in my hometown! I graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications in 2006 and in 2010, I decided to make the move back to Johnstown to be closer to my family.

My parents, Bill and Sue Lease, are the Broker/Owners of RE/MAX POWER Associates & they have been in the real estate business for most of my life! It has been amazing to learn from & work alongside both of my parents and all of the other amazing agents in our office. Real Estate has truly been the perfect fit for me!

In 2021, my husband, Don Colvin, joined our office after 15 years in the real estate business & The Don Colvin Group was formed. Our #1 priority is to give all of our clients RESULTS THEY DESERVE! We strive to educate all of our clients on the current market conditions and the process of buying or selling. We work as hard as possible to make sure that our clients are well-informed & feel confident that we can be trusted to get the job done!

Don, Jeff Nider (Designated Buyer Agent) and I have over 45 years of combined real estate sales experience. We service both Buyers and Sellers with Don & I working as Designated Listing Agents & Jeff working as the Designated Buyer Agent. We earned the RE/MAX Platinum Team Club Award in 2021.
