I work with my wife, Sue Lease, and we are the proud Owners of RE/MAX POWER Associates! We are blessed with a wonderful & amazing group of professional, dedicated agents & office staff who ALL work hard to make the real estate experiences of our clients’ great ones! We personally feel that it is very important to work with both Buyers & Sellers so that we keep current on what it takes to close both sides of a transaction & provide you with superior service and advice! For Buyers, we are both available to show homes to Buyers to ensure that we accommodate their busy schedules to the best of our ability. For Sellers, we both attend the initial walk through of the property & the final Marketing Presentation so that they get the input & knowledge of TWO seasoned agents.
Sue & I were born & raised in Pennsylvania - Bill in Somerset County & Sue in Cambria County. We would love to share our love & enthusiasm for this area with you!
I got my license in 1986 & also bring the valuable knowledge I gained from 6 years in the mortgage industry. Sue graduated from Penn State University & has been a licensed real estate agent since 1990.
We have both been involved in local & state leadership and committee positions with the Cambria/Somerset Association of REALTORS and the PA Association of REALTORS. I was a past board member of the Johnstown Chapter of the Harley Owners Group and we currently belong to the Somerset Chapter of the Harley Owners Group. We are proud supporters of, and contributors to, many local charitable and community organizations.
